It's difficult to specify what kind of person will be happy and successful at Collegewise, but we all share similar traits here. We want to be great at our jobs. We're passionate about our work and we believe in what we're doing. We love the entrepreneurial spirit of our small company that's growing all the time, one that encourages all of us to show initiative and to find our own ways to make an impact. And none of us needs our arm twisted to come to the holiday party every year. We all want to be there when we raise our margarita glasses together and toast how hard we've worked, how many kids we've helped and how we plan to get even better next year.
